An enquiry is not a contract. Scope, timelines, pricing, payment terms and SLAs are set in a signed proposal/contract. Estimates on this site are guidance only.
Milestone payments, acceptance testing, training and post-launch maintenance are agreed per project. Support covers bug fixes per contract; new features are scoped separately.
Site content is owned by DixTech Solutions. Client systems transfer per contract on full payment, excluding our pre-existing libraries licensed to you.
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by Kenyan law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the prior 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud or matters that cannot be limited by law.
Kenyan law applies. Disputes are first negotiated in good faith, then resolved by courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
