Name, organization, email, phone, service/industry, project details, and technical logs (IP, pages visited). The admin sign-in uses an essential httpOnly cookie. We set no tracking cookies by default.
We process enquiries on the basis of legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps: responding to enquiries, preparing proposals, delivering services and improving the website. We do not sell personal data.
Hosting/database providers (e.g. Vercel, Postgres/Supabase) process data on our behalf. Data may be stored outside Kenya with appropriate safeguards. Optional email notifications use Resend only if configured.
Enquiries are kept up to 24 months, project records for the contract duration plus 6 years for legal/tax purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability. Contact us above; you may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
Role-based admin access, encrypted transport (HTTPS/HSTS), validated inputs and rate limiting. If a breach risks your rights we will notify you and the ODPC as required by law.
